DIRECTOR

Dave joined MCM Architects Inc. in 2005 and was made Associate in 2014. Dave moved into partnership at the end of 2016. He studied architecture at the University of Manitoba, where he received his Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Masters of Architecture degree. Dave has acquired a wealth of both local and international experience and is passionately committed to the production of intelligent, innovative and meaningful designs.

DIRECTOR

Alek joined MCM Architects Inc. in 2022 as an Associate. He studied architecture at the University of Manitoba, where he received his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Architecture degrees. Alek has 12 + years of experience in both private and government sectors, from commercial to multi-family residential projects. He is passionate about innovation and sustainability in architecture and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to deliver highly effective projects to comply with project’s parameters and aspirations of clients and users.

In October, 2023, Aleks became Partner and will continue to work with Guy Hewlko and the staff in Brandon to ensure the same exceptional client service as well as overseeing projects in Manitoba.

DIRECTOR

Isaac joined MCM Architects Inc. 2022 as an Associate. He has studied City Planning at the University of Saskatchewan where he received a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Rural and Urban Design (RUD) and studied Architecture at the University of Manitoba receiving a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Architecture degree. Isaac has 20+ years of architectural experience that will be applied to support present design, development, and delivery of projects for the MCM team.

In October, 2023 Isaac became partner and will concentrate on MCM’s expansion into Saskatchewan.

Mike joined MCM Architects Inc. in 1993 and was made Partner in 1995. He studied architecture at Dalhousie University where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree before moving on to complete his Masters of Architecture degree at McGill University. With almost 30 years of experience Mike has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, high standards of execution and craftsmanship in all aspects of his design work.

In October, 2023, Mike stepped into the role of Associate and will continue to mentor new partners and staff, as well as project management.

ASSOCIATE

Dan joined MCM Architects Inc. in 1994 and was made Associate in 2014. He studied architecture at the University of Manitoba, where he received his Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Masters of Architecture degrees. Dan is responsible for the day to day technical operations within the firm while balancing his role as project architect and senior staff member.
