Modular Childcare

| Lake St. Martin

MCM Architects Inc. is currently designing an innovative modular childcare facility in Lake St. Martin, designed to accommodate 74 occupants. This facility will be constructed using a hybrid approach, combining factory-built, prefabricated, packaged, and on-site built components, allowing for easy replication. The Modular Childcare will cater to infants, preschoolers, and school-age children, offering before and after school care.

This thoughtfully designed childcare facility will feature a convenient entry/drop-off zone, a nurturing nursery, a well-equipped kitchen, a dynamic preschool area, clean and accessible washrooms, ample locker and cubby space, and a vibrant outdoor play area. The environment will be clean, safe, colorful, bright, and comfortable, providing an ideal setting for early childhood development.

The design prioritizes space on the walls to display children's drawings and paintings, fostering creativity, sharing, and a positive sense of self.

Every aspect of the architectural and engineering systems, materials, layout, and design has been meticulously considered not only for their environmental impact but also for their seamless integration into a comprehensive and functional learning center. This ensures a nurturing environment that promotes growth and well-being for all occupants.
